Propark Mobility in Pasadena, CA is seeking a Parking Supervisor to oversee frontline staff, including supervisors, cashiers, valets and attendants. The role covers daily operations, customer service, scheduling and payroll support.

You will liaise with customers and management, train frontline teams, monitor safety and cleanliness, process deposits, and help prepare reports. Flexible shifts include weekends and holidays; the position offers growth within the company and benefits.

Qualificações

• Supervisory experience in parking, customer service, or hospitality.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle complaints and operational issues.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Experience with payroll or scheduling is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise frontline associates including supervisors, cashiers, valets, attendants and maintenance personnel.
• Handle customer complaints and daily operational issues.
• Liaise between customers, staff, and management.
• Assist in training cashiers, valets, and shuttle drivers.
• Provide customer service training at location.
• Oversee shuttle fleet upkeep and maintenance.
• Assist office manager with administrative duties.
• Monitor safety and cleanliness of parking garage and facility.
• Process cash receipts and deposits for reports.
• Review work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and cost control.
• Reconcile time cards and payroll submissions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies.
• May fill in for front line associates or Account Manager.
• Prepare reports and conduct special projects.
