Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis Company, seeks a Supervisor - Driving to support daily operations at a Washington DC location. You will help manage parking operations within contractual guidelines, uphold client relations, and project a professional image across the business.

The role requires at least a high school diploma with some related experience. Responsibilities range from customer service and equipment maintenance to reporting incidents and assisting with various duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires minimal high school diploma or equivalent and some related experience or training.
• Strong oral communication and written communication skills.
• Customer service mindset with professional image.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of a location and ensure operations comply with contractual guidelines.
• Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with management duties and day-to-day activities of assigned locations.
• Courteously assist customers and maintain a professional image.
• Assist in maintenance and repair of parking equipment and general tasks as directed by the Facility Manager.
• Report accidents, policy violations, safety hazards or unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager.
• Assist with debris cleanup and spills; substitute for positions when needed.
• Maintain knowledge of all garage areas and major local streets and landmarks.
