Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Valid state driver’s license required.
Experience in customer service preferred.
Able to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
Assist in the management of day-to-day activities at the location.
Assist with management duties as assigned.
Courteously assist customers.
Assist in maintenance and repair of parking equipment and general maintenance tasks as directed by the Facility Manager.
Report accidents or safety hazards to the Facility Manager.
Assist with cleanup of debris, spills, and related tasks.
Substitute for any position as needed.
Have thorough knowledge of all areas of the garage and major local streets.
Complete other duties as needed.
