Qualifications

• High School Graduate. A minimum of six months of parking experience preferred.
• Availability to work 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends may be required.
• Must possess a valid state-issued driver’s license with current address and acceptable driving record.
• Oral communication: speaks clearly and listens; written communication: reads and writes clearly.
• Customer service orientation and professional demeanor essential.
• Adaptability to change, sound judgment, and ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Engage in the development of property level financial and operational goals.
• Assist in the day-to-day activities of the assigned locations including: ensuring appropriate customer interaction, supervising reports, processing deposits, scheduling staff, training frontline staff, reviewing damage claims, and budget preparation.
• Courteously assist Customers by answering questions.
• Assist in maintenance and repair of parking equipment and general maintenance tasks as directed.
• Report accidents, safety hazards or policy violations to the Facility Manager.
• Assist with debris cleanup and other duties as needed.
• Have thorough knowledge of garage areas and local streets/landmarks.
• Assist Facility Manager with other duties as needed.
