This role supports day-to-day operations at a Romulus location, ensuring service quality, compliance with contractual guidelines, and strong client relations. The Assistant Operations Manager will supervise staff, manage daily tasks, assist with budgets and reporting, and maintain equipment and safety standards

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Six months parking experience preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and positive attitude.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license with current address and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Engage in the development of property level financial and operational goals.
• Assist in the day-to-day management of the assigned locations including customer interaction, supervising reports, processing deposits, scheduling staff, training frontline staff, and auditing cashier reports.
• Assist customers by answering questions courteously.
• Assist in maintenance and repair of parking equipment and general maintenance tasks as directed by the Facility Manager.
• Report accidents or policy violations to the Facility Manager.
• Familiarity with all garage areas and major routes in the area.
