Qualifications

• Minimal high school diploma or equivalent and a minimal month related experience or training.
• Oral communication: speaks clearly, listens, clarifies when needed.
• Written communication: writes clearly and reads information.
• Customer service: maintains positive attitude and assists customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of a location ensuring operations follow contractual guidelines.
• Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with day-to-day activities of the assigned locations.
• Courteously assist customers.
• Assist in maintenance and repair of parking equipment and general tasks as directed by Facility Manager.
