Job summary

Metropolis Technologies, through SP+, is seeking staff to support daily parking operations at our Detroit-area location. You will oversee customer interactions, supervise cashiers and attendants, and ensure compliance with contractual guidelines.

This role involves 12-hour shifts, 6am–6pm or 6pm–6am, with a 4-on/3-off schedule. Requirements include a high school diploma and at least six months of parking or related experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Six months of parking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of location parking operations.
• Ensure customer interaction meets contractual guidelines and professional image.
• Supervise staff, prepare reports, and manage close-out procedures.
• Assist with maintenance tasks and safety adherence.
• Support with shift coverage and training of frontline staff.
