Job summary

SP+ in Detroit seeks a reliable parking operations associate to support daily location management and promote excellent customer service. You will help ensure smooth operations during 12-hour shifts (6am–6pm or 6pm–6am), with a 4-on/3-off schedule and exposure to client-facing duties.

You’ll supervise frontline staff, assist with reports and deposits, and maintain knowledge of the garage layout and local streets to deliver professional service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate required.
• Minimum six months parking experience preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license with current address.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of the location and maintain professional image.
• Supervise frontline staff and process bank deposits and reports.
• Ensure customer interaction quality and compliance with contracts.
• Support maintenance, safety checks and incident reporting as needed.
