Job summary

SP+ in Romulus, MI is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to support daily parking operations, supervise frontline staff, and ensure services meet contractual standards while maintaining a professional client image.

Responsibilities include assisting with shift scheduling, deposits, end-of-day reports, customer inquiries, equipment upkeep, and coordination with the Facility Manager; the role follows 12-hour shifts (6am–6pm or 6pm–6am) with a 4-on/3-off cycle.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• At least six months of parking experience preferred.
• Valid state driver's license required.
• Availability for 12-hour shifts (6am–6pm or 6pm–6am) with a 4-on/3-off cycle.
• Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in development of property-level financial and operational goals.
• Manage day-to-day activities including scheduling staff, processing deposits, and preparing month-end reports.
• Maintain knowledge of garage areas and local streets, landmarks, and freeways.
