Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Management, Finance, Accounting, or Hospitality OR at least one year of related experience.
• Computer literate; MS Word and MS Excel proficiency.
• Proficient in basic math for cash handling and calculations.

Responsibilities

• Schedules employees and ensures appropriate staffing levels per shift.
• Coaches and evaluates staff; participates in coaching and discipline.
• Trains staff on procedures; supports cashier, driver, attendant, dispatcher, and maintenance roles.
• Sets staff standards aligning with company policies.
• Coordinates with landlords and managers; relays requirements to decision-makers.
• Manages daily activities and transitions responsibilities between shifts.
• Acts as the point of contact for customer service inquiries and incident reports.
• Ensures staff appearance meets company standards and cash controls are followed.
• Monitors safety, security, and risk-related issues on shift.
