Job summary

InterPark LLC is seeking a Location Supervisor to oversee daily shift operations and lead a trained staff. You will ensure top‑notch service to customers and landlords while supporting revenue controls and safety protocols.

Reporting to the Facility/Operations Manager, you’ll coordinate with the manager on a busy Sansom Street site. The role requires strong staffing, training, and supervisory skills, plus the ability to adapt to shifting needs and maintain security standards on property.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Management, Finance, Accounting, or Hospitality or at least one year of related experience.
• Computer literate; proficiency with MS Word and MS Excel.
• Proficient in basic math skills for cash handling and time calculations.

Responsibilities

• Schedules employees and ensures staffing levels per shift within budget.
• Supervises staff performance and participates in coaching and discipline.
• Provides training and support to hourly staff across roles (cashier, driver, attendant, dispatcher).
• Sets standards by modeling company policies and norms.
• Coordinates with landlord requests to the appropriate decision-maker.
• Manages daily activities with the manager and transitions shift responsibilities.
• Acts as the point of contact for customer service inquiries, complaints, and incident reports.
• Ensures appearance and adherence to company standards and cash control policies.
• Ensures safety and security training for all staff; monitors properties for threats.
