InterPark Holdings Inc. is seeking an experienced Location Supervisor to oversee evening/night parking operations at assigned locations, reporting to a Senior Operations Manager.

Responsibilities include developing frontline teams, maintaining revenue controls, ensuring safety and landlord relations, and delivering top-tier service to customers. This role requires flexibility, a valid driver's license, and ability to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and at least 3 years experience in Parking, Real Estate, Hospitality, Retail Management, or related industry.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience across multiple locations.
• Valid driver's license to operate company or customer vehicles.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate the property with excellence and attention to detail.
• Promote positive customer relations by being responsive and attentive to customer needs.
• Initiate and oversee property maintenance and safety, security, equipment and landlord-related tasks.
• Schedule staff to meet service requirements and budget; manage payroll approvals.
• Act as a point person for customer service inquiries, complaints, and incident reports for evening/night locations.
• Maintain compliance with company standards, cash controls and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise and evaluate staff performance; participate in coaching and disciplinary actions.
