InterPark Holdings LLC is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee daily operations at the College Park location, ensuring top-tier service and adherence to revenue controls. You will train staff across cashier, dispatcher, and parking roles and coordinate shift transitions with management.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and experience in hospitality, real estate, or related fields; a bachelor's degree is preferred. Proficiency with MS Word/Excel and basic math is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Management, Finance, Accounting, or Hospitality or 1 year of related experience.
• Computer literate; proficient with MS Word and MS Excel.
• Proficient in basic math skills for cash handling and calculations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations for the assigned shift.
• Provide training and support to hourly staff across cashier, driver, parking lot attendant, dispatcher and light maintenance tasks.
• Model company policies and standards to staff.
• Coordinate daily activities with management and transition responsibilities between shifts.
• Serve as the point person for customer service inquiries, complaints, and incident reports.
