LAZ Parking is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily parking operations at assigned locations in the St. Louis area. You will lead location teams and ensure service quality while supporting programs from the home office and maintaining budget adherence.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, supervisory background, and proficiency with MS Office. Willingness to travel between sites and operate in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Prior supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for assigned location(s) under the Assistant General Manager.
• Manage location team development to achieve goals and initiatives.
• Assist with opening new locations and budgeting for staffing and expenses.
• Develop client relationships and support business retention.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and annual financial and operational reports.
• Resolve tech/equipment issues and implement projects from location operations.
