Job summary

St. Louis Parking Company is seeking a Manager in Training to learn the daily management of one or more parking facilities, including coordinating front-line staffing and ensuring operations align with company policies and client expectations.

Responsibilities include training staff, managing scheduling, overseeing revenue and incident reporting, and supporting senior management with client relations. Evening and weekend availability is expected, with standard company benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Must have the ability to supervise front-line staff and manage shift schedules.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience in customer service or retail environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Trains, coaches, and manages front-line staff, supervising during absence of managers
• Maintains staffing levels through scheduling and on-call management
• Oversees daily facility operations including opening and closing procedures
• Partners with management and clients to maximize parking revenue
• Assists with accounts receivable inquiries and reports
• Resolves customer service issues per company procedures
