ACE Parking in Las Vegas, NV is seeking an experienced operations manager to lead a team of parking attendants, ensuring service and safety standards are met.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, staffing, cash handling, maintenance of equipment, and initiatives to improve efficiency and customer service.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Formación

• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of parking or transportation management experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Financial acumen is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day operations of the parking attendants.
• Plan personnel utilization, interviewing and scheduling; oversee training and performance evaluations.
• Oversee cash handling procedures and submit reports of collections.
• Maintain parking lot equipment and facilities; ensure safety and maintenance.
• Recruit, hire, and schedule staff; enforce policies and standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professional environment.
