Job summary

ACE Parking in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced operations manager to lead a team of parking attendants, ensure service excellence, and uphold safety standards across our facilities.

You will plan staffing, supervise daily operations, manage cash handling, and implement procedures that drive profitability and guest satisfaction. Starting pay is $28/hr, with full-time, on-site scheduling and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of parking or transportation management experience.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Physical ability to lift heavy items (50 lbs).
• Financial acumen is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of parking attendants and facilities.
• Plan personnel utilization, interviewing, hiring, training, supervision, and performance reviews.
• Develop and implement procedures to optimize efficiency and customer service.
• Oversee cash handling procedures and submit accurate reports of collections.
• Maintain parking lot equipment and facilities, including maintenance and damage control.
• Recruit, hire, train, and schedule staff.
• Ensure a safe environment for both employees and guests, including traffic control.
• Monitor and improve revenue and labor costs, while maintaining service quality.
• Lead initiatives to enhance customer service and operational performance.
