Job summary

ACE Parking seeks an Assistant Manager to oversee parking operations across multiple locations, ensuring policy adherence, guest satisfaction, and profitability. You will assist in hiring, training, coaching, and scheduling while maintaining high service standards.

The role requires strong customer service, supervision experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; weekend availability and a valid driver's license are expected. A Bachelor's is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree preferred but not required.
• One year of supervisory experience is required.
• Parking experience is a plus but not required.
• Flexible schedule with weekend availability is expected.
• MVR guidelines must be met and a valid driver's license is required.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
• Excellent customer service skills are essential.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee parking policies and procedures to meet standards while maximizing profitability.
• Assist in hiring, training, coaching, and scheduling across multiple locations.
• Plan and direct special event activities and coordinate with Supervisors and Directors.
• Respond to and resolve guest or visitor complaints and service discrepancies.
• Maintain communication with property management, site manager, customers, and guests.
• Provide timely updates to the site manager and resolve issues in their absence.
• Lead shift briefings and staff meetings for consistent information flow.
• Educate and direct team on equipment use to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Handle call-offs and assist with scheduling as needed.
• Support diagnostic and preventative maintenance activities.
