• Physical ability to lift heavy items (50 lbs).
• Financial acumen is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager in managing day-to-day operations and ensure procedures are followed.
• Assist with planning personnel utilization, interviews, policy compliance, and training oversight.
• Recruit, hire, train, and schedule staff while ensuring safety and compliance.
• Oversee cash handling procedures and submit reports of collections.
• Maintain parking equipment and facilities and ensure a clean, safe site.
• Foster professionalism, accountability, and exceptional customer service.
