SP+ is hiring an operations leader in Las Vegas to drive client satisfaction and team performance at a premier parking location. You will supervise a diverse team, manage staffing to deliver superior service, and oversee cash control and security procedures.

The role emphasizes budget awareness, revenue growth, and adherence to safety standards while coordinating with vendors and internal systems. This is a full-time on-site position with benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding customer experience and client satisfaction.
• Experience budgeting and reviewing P&L is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and quick decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Resolve client requests and concerns promptly and communicate improvements.
• Hire, train, and supervise a diverse, promise-driven team.
• Ensure parking, security, and cash control procedures are followed.
• Maximize profitability through revenue development and budget management.
• Identify procurement and vendor service needs for the location.
• Perform accounts payable, payroll, and petty cash tasks.
• Monitor facility maintenance and cleanliness standards.
• Review damage claims and implement safety improvements.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA requirements.
