Job summary

Propark Mobility in Jersey City, NJ is hiring a Working Manager to lead all aspects of location operations, including shuttle fleet management, self-parking, and valet services. You will oversee your location team and drive performance through scheduling, payroll, and client relations.

The ideal candidate has progressive management experience in parking, hospitality, or customer service, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in parking, hospitality or customer service leadership.
• Ability to supervise front-line teams and scheduling.
• Proficient in payroll processes and budgeting basics.
• Bachelor’s in business is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and train supervisors and line-level employees.
• Review and approve work schedules for coverage and cost control.
• Develop and maintain client relations and attend meetings.
• Assist supervisors with customer issues and day-to-day operations.
• Manage and submit employee, operations, and payroll reports.
• Oversee customer service programs to ensure satisfaction.
• Develop budgets and monitor financials to meet goals.
• Review audits to ensure revenue control integrity.
• Ensure compliance with company and client policies.
• Respond to operational issues, including after hours.
• Maintain professional and ethical standards for organization and client.
