SP+ in Manhattan is seeking an on-site Location Attendant to help run daily parking operations and uphold a professional image. You will ensure adherence to contractual guidelines while supporting client relations and the broader team.

The role emphasizes strong communication, reliability, and a willingness to assist with maintenance, safety, and incident reporting. A valid driver’s license is required and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Education: minimal high school diploma or equivalent; minimal month related experience or training.
• Oral communication: speaks clearly, listens, asks questions.
• Written communication: writes clearly and reads information.
• Customer service: maintains positive attitude and responds to requests.
• Adaptability: handles changes, delays, unexpected events.
• Judgment: exhibits sound, accurate judgment.
• License: valid state driver’s license with current address and acceptable driving record.
• Physical demands: typical requirements including lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day‑to‑day management of location within contractual guidelines.
• Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with management duties as assigned.
• Courteously assist customers.
• Assist in maintenance and repair of parking equipment and general tasks.
• Report accidents or policy violations to Facility Manager.
• Assist with debris cleanup and spills.
• Substitute for other positions if necessary.
• Know garage areas and major streets and landmarks.
• Complete other duties as needed.
