Job summary

Propark Mobility in Hartford, CT is seeking an Area Manager - Parking Operations to lead multiple locations with shuttle, self-parking and valet services, and oversee designated teams.

Ideal candidate has 3–5 years of leadership in hospitality or parking, strong operational and financial acumen, and excellent communication with clients and staff. Bachelor’s degree helpful; strong computer skills with payroll systems and MS Office are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven leadership in the hospitality and/or parking industries.
• Operational and financial acumen with coaching ability.
• Impeccable conversational and written communication skills for clients, colleagues, and staff.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary leadership and development to your teams.
• Support supervisors and managers in handling customer service issues and day-to-day operational needs.
• Develop and maintain lasting client relations and attend client meetings.
• Review management reports and client statements to ensure financial results meet budgets.
• Review performance metrics, forecasts, and KPIs and maximize performance.
• Prepare annual budgets with regional teams and corporate to plan revenues and expenses.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
