Qualifications

• Experience in parking operations with hospitality focus.
• Progressive management with front-line team oversight.
• Experience with scheduling and payroll is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in business is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and train supervisors and line-level employees.
• Review and approve work schedules to ensure coverage.
• Develop and maintain strong client relations and attend client meetings.
• Manage employee, operations, and payroll reports.
• Oversee the customer service program to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop budgets and monitor financials to meet business goals.
• Review and evaluate audits to ensure revenue control integrity.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
• Respond to operational issues after hours.
• Maintain high professional and ethical standards.
