Propark Mobility is seeking an Account Manager in the Daytona Beach Shores area to oversee shuttle fleet management, self-parking and valet operations while leading local staff and coordinating with clients.

The ideal candidate has parking or hospitality management experience, strong scheduling and payroll skills, and excellent communication. Propark offers a competitive salary, generous time off, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• Experience managing parking operations including shuttle fleets, self-parking, and valet services.
• Progressive management experience with front-line team oversight.
• Scheduling and payroll experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in business is helpful but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and train supervisors and line-level employees.
• Review and approve work schedules to ensure adequate coverage while minimizing expenses.
• Develop and maintain strong client relations and attend client meetings.
• Assist supervisors in handling customer complaints and day-to-day operational issues.
• Manage and submit employee, operations, and payroll reports.
• Oversee the customer service program to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop budgets and monitor financials to meet business goals.
• Review and evaluate audits to ensure integrity of revenue control.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as those of our client.
• Respond to operational issues when needed (after hours).
• Maintain the highest professional and ethical standards for both our organization and client.
