You will assist in hiring, training, scheduling, payroll, and reporting while ensuring safety and policy compliance. The position offers a $50,000–$60,000 salary with incentive bonus potential and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in parking, customer service, or hospitality (≤140 chars)
• Strong organizational and communication skills (≤140 chars)
• Willing to work weekends/holidays (≤140 chars)
• Ability to train staff and manage front-line teams (≤140 chars)
• Payroll/scheduling experience is a plus (≤140 chars)

Responsibilities

• Supervise frontline associates on a daily basis.
• Handle customer complaints and day-to-day operational issues.
• Act as liaison between customers, staff, and management.
• Assist in hiring, appraising productivity, and disciplining employees.
• Assist in shuttle fleet upkeep and maintenance.
• Assist office manager with administrative duties.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of the facility and parking area.
• Prepare reports and conduct special projects as needed.
