City of Grand Rapids, MI seeks a Parking Facilities Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations for parking ramps and lots. You will supervise staff, manage schedules, and ensure safety and quality standards are met. You will also handle asset management, capital projects, and contractor coordination.

The role requires a relevant associate degree and multiple years of supervisory experience in multi-unit facilities, with strong emphasis on safety and customer service.

Competenze

• Requires Associate's degree or higher in business management, facilities management, construction management, or related field.
• Four years of experience managing multi-unit, revenue-generating facilities for public use.
• One year of supervisory experience.
• Any equivalent combination of training, education, and experience.

Mansioni

• Manage day-to-day operations of the maintenance team; approve timesheets, create schedules, and conduct quality inspections and evaluations.
• Conduct monthly team meetings and one-on-one meetings with direct reports.
• Ensure safety compliance; provide training and guidance to maintenance staff.
• Handle customer complaints and service inquiries related to parking facilities.
• Manage facilities asset management and day-to-day operations of each facility in the asset registry.
• Plan and lead capital projects and conduct ramp/lot inspections.
