Job summary

The position requires driving license, 2+ years of management experience, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Minimum 2 years in a management role.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MS Office.
• Parking management experience preferred.
• Experience with financial statements, P&L, and budgeting.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop on-site team.
• Manage scheduling and training of staff.
• Ensure payroll sign-off and wage/hour compliance.
• Support opening of new locations.
• Develop client relationships and drive retention.
• Prepare financial and operational reports.
• Communicate with police and emergency management.
• Oversee event operations and be present at events.
