Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, is expanding its parking operations team at our Kansas City site. The role focuses on daily management of the location, supervising frontline staff, handling deposits, and ensuring adherence to contractual guidelines while delivering high-quality customer service.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma and preferably six months of parking experience, plus a valid driver’s license. Availability for second/third shifts and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate required.
• Six months parking experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with current address.
• Availability for 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends may be required.
• Able to stand, walk, and handle cash and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of the assigned location.
• Ensure parking operations follow contractual guidelines and maintain client relations.
• Assist in preparing month-end reports and cash handling processes.
• Supervise frontline staff and scheduling, while maintaining safety and policy compliance.
• Address customer questions and provide courteous service.
• Support maintenance tasks and reporting of incidents as directed by the Facility Manager.
