Job summary

Metropolis Technologies is seeking a location support staff for SP+. The role supports daily parking operations at the Sacramento site, ensuring compliance with location contracts and company policies.

You will help maintain client relations and provide professional service to customers. The ideal candidate will have a minimal high school diploma and strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt to changes and work as part of a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; related experience is a plus.
• Clear speaking and listening skills; able to read and interpret information.
• Ability to write clearly and informatively; read and interpret written information.
• Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment and handle delays or unexpected events.
• Demonstrates sound and accurate judgment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of a location ensuring operations stay within contractual guidelines.
• Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with management of day-to-day activities of the location.
• Courteously assist customers and maintain professional image.
• Assist with maintenance and repair of parking equipment as directed.
