Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day management of the assigned location ensuring operations are within contractual guidelines.
• Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Develop property level financial and operational goals.
• Manage day-to-day activities including customer interaction, staffing, reports, audits, and training of frontline staff.
• Report accidents or safety concerns to the Facility Manager.
• Assist with maintenance of parking equipment and general upkeep.
• Have thorough knowledge of the garage, streets, landmarks, and routes in the area.
