Job summary

Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience: less than high school education or up to one month related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Receives payment from customers for parking services and facilitates traffic flow through the gate.
• Counts revenue at start of shift and maintains starting totals.
• Collects cash and/or validations and maintains security of cash.
• Issues receipts or tickets to customers for transactions.
• Operates cash register and computes costs for transactions.
• Gives directions to customers and handles customer complaints.
• Maintains booth cleanliness and inventory of supplies.
• Records shift transactions and prepares shift reports.
