Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, is reinventing parking with AI-powered checkout-free experiences. We seek a Senior Operations Manager for the Healthcare Portfolio in Kansas City to lead facility operations, manage budgets, and build strong client relationships.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting experience, and a focus on customer service. You will supervise staff, ensure safety and compliance, and work to optimize revenue across multiple sites in the region.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proven ability to lead, manage and motivate teams.
Strong customer service skills and focus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task or work independently.
Ability to react and problem solve quickly.
Ability to understand and communicate company policies and procedures.
Proficiency with MS Word and Excel or Google Docs/Sheets.
Ability to learn internal computer programs.
Prior experience developing budgets and P&L reviews a plus.
Parking management experience preferred but not required.
License: valid state driver's license with current address and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

Lead the operation with effective leadership, client relationships, and superior customer service.
Oversee human resources management and budget management for the facility.
Ensure staff perform to SP+ standards of operational excellence.
Deliver premier customer service to clients and maximize profitability through revenue development and cost controls.
Identify staffing needs, hire and train frontline employees, and manage performance.
Support audits and cash control procedures to prevent losses.
Collaborate with clients to improve operations and maintain satisfaction.
