The role involves directing drivers, counting vehicles, and communicating with the Facility Manager. A valid driver’s license may be required, with availability for multiple shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• Education/experience: Less than high school or 1 month related experience, training or an equivalent combination.
• License: Valid state-issued driver’s license if required to drive company vehicles.
• Availability: Variable shifts including 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Direct incoming customers to available parking spaces.
• Count vehicles on location during shift.
• Write and issue violation warnings to tenants/visitors.
• Patrol garage levels on foot or with carts as applicable.
• Assist customers who forgot where they parked.
• Maintain punctuality and proper uniform at all times.
• Aid customers with questions; refer to Facility Manager if needed.
• Control traffic at entrances and exits as needed.
• Assist in maintenance of parking equipment and general tasks.
