SP+, a Metropolis Company, is seeking a Parking Attendant to manage lot visibility, assist customers, and enforce garage policies. The role emphasizes attentiveness, safety, and service in a fast-paced parking environment.

Qualifications

• Language Skills: ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos; can write simple correspondence.
• Math: basic addition, subtraction, and monetary calculations.
• Appearance: neat, clean, and in uniform at all times.
• Physical Demands: stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Direct customers to available parking spaces.
• Count vehicles on location throughout shift.
• Write and issue violation warnings for garage policies.
• Patrol parking levels on foot or with carts.
• Assist customers who forgot where they parked.
• Be punctual and in uniform every scheduled day.
• Assist customers and escalate to Facility Manager when needed.
• Control traffic at entrances and exits.
• Report accidents or safety hazards to the Facility Manager.
