Qualifications

• Education/Experience: Less than High School or 1 month related experience or equivalent.
• Availability to work: 2nd/3rd shifts and/or weekends may be required.
• License: Valid state-issued driver's license if driving company vehicle.
• Language: Read/write simple instructions and proficiency presenting information.
• Mathematical: Basic arithmetic with cash handling.
• Appearance: Maintain neat, clean uniform.
• Physical: Stand/walk outside in varying weather; lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time in a neat uniform.
• Courteously assist customers and answer questions.
• Direct patrons to available parking spaces.
• Count vehicles on location during shift.
• Write and issue violation warnings for policy violations.
• Patrol parking levels on foot or by motor cart.
• Assist customers who forgot where they parked.
• Provide directions and knowledge of city locations.
• Control traffic at entrances and exits.
• Report safety hazards or policy violations to management.
• Know major streets and landmarks in the area.
• Ensure successful customer interactions.
• Count cash at shift start and verify totals.
• Collect cash and coupons and secure cash.
• Make change and issue receipts or tickets.
