Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with automated parking access control hardware and software or strong tech aptitude.
• Availability for varied shifts including weekends and evenings.
• Valid state driver’s license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service and assist maintenance with cleanliness near entrances/exits.
• Help customers with automated payment and parking services, ensuring smooth traffic flow.
• Respond to complaints and resolve issues with supervisor support when needed.
• Quote rates, provide directions, and perform basic audits and duties as assigned.
• Maintain professional appearance and punctuality during scheduled shifts.
