Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, operates the largest parking network in America with over 23,000 employees across 4,000 locations. This role involves guiding customers to parking spaces, counting vehicles, and enforcing garage policies while keeping the lot clean and presentable.

Pay is $18.00 per hour with a Monday-Friday 3:00pm-11:30pm schedule. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and be able to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, and light lifting.

Qualifications

• Customer service and communication skills required.
• Must be able to read and follow basic instructions.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform manual tasks while on shift.

Responsibilities

• Direct incoming customers to available parking spaces.
• Count vehicles on location throughout shift.
• Write and issue violation warnings for policy violations.
• Patrol parking levels on foot or with motor carts.
• Assist customers who forgot where they parked.
• Maintain neat appearance and uniform.
• Control traffic at entrances and exits.
• Assist in maintenance of parking equipment and general tasks as directed.
