Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks per site checklists.
• Walk garage daily to identify maintenance problems.
• Sweep and clean entrances, exits, rails, and offices.
• Handle litter control and trash removal.
• Paint and touch up facility surfaces as directed.
• Provide ticketing/monitor gate operations as needed.
• Maintain inventory of janitorial supplies and records.
