Job summary

SP+ is hiring a Facility Maintenance Attendant in Portland, ME to help maintain the garage and assist customers. The role involves cleaning, upkeep, safety checks, and basic maintenance tasks as directed by the Facility Manager.

Required qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license; 3rd shift/weekend work may be required depending on location.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High School Diploma or a combination of experience and education.
• License Requirement: Valid state-issued driver’s license with current address and acceptable driving record.
• Availability to Work: Possible 3rd shift or weekends depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Perform all maintenance and cleaning tasks as directed to keep areas neat and clean.
• Walk garage daily to identify maintenance issues and correct them.
• Assist customers within the facility and resolve complaints with supervision as needed.
• Maintain a neat uniform and appearance during shifts.
• Submit repair or maintenance requests to Facility Manager.
