Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent education/experience.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license with acceptable driving record if driving a company vehicle.
• Availability to work 3rd shift and/or weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and cleaning to ensure facility cleanliness.
• Walk garage daily to note and correct maintenance problems.
• Sweep and pick up around entrances/exits to garage and stairwells.
• Paint facility surfaces as directed by supervisor.
• Replace burned out bulbs.
• Submit requests for repairs or maintenance.
• Check conditions of safety items such as gate arms.
• Provide ticket and record gate counters to the Manager.
• Maintain a garage/lot sweep sheet.
• Operate garage equipment such as sweepers and scrubbers.
• Shovel or blow snow from ramps per supervisor.
• Report policy violations or safety hazards to the Facility Manager.
• Practice Three Keys to Customer Satisfaction and assist customers.
• Resolve customer complaints independently or with supervisor.
• Cover other duties including cashier/attendant when needed.
• Maintain neat appearance and uniform.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
