SP+, a Metropolis company, is seeking a Maintenance/Facility Associate to perform cleaning, basic repairs and customer-facing duties in our Omaha facility. The role involves daily garage walks, upkeep of entrances, restrooms, and offices, plus reporting repairs and maintaining safety checks.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including potential weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or a combination of experience and education.
• May require facility maintenance, electrical and/or painting experience and/or skills training depending on the job assignment and facility.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license with current address and acceptable driving record.

Responsabilités

• Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks to remove dirt, dust, litter and debris.
• Walk garage daily to note and fix maintenance problems.
• Sweep around entrances, exits, stairwells, and restrooms; clean surfaces and rails.
• Empty all trashcans in garage, booth and office.
• Paint surfaces as directed to keep them neat and clean.
• Replace burned-out bulbs; manage oil spills and absorbents.
• Submit repair or maintenance requests.
• Check safety items and gate operations daily.
• Provide ticket and counter data to Manager.
• Maintain janitorial supplies inventory and sweep sheets.
• Operate sweepers, scrubbers and light equipment.
• Assist customers and resolve complaints.
• Maintain uniform and professional appearance.
