Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks as directed to keep the facility clean.
• Walk garage daily to identify maintenance problems.
• Sweep entrances, clean rails, and perform housekeeping tasks.
• Paint surfaces as directed to maintain appearance.
• Replace burned out bulbs and manage spill cleanup.
• Report repairs and maintain inventory sheets.
• Assist customers and resolve complaints with supervisor.
