SP+, a Metropolis Company, is seeking a facility maintenance employee to perform maintenance, cleaning and customer interface duties in a parking facility. The role involves operating cleaning equipment, inspecting gate and ticket systems, and assisting customers with service needs.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license if driving a company vehicle, and willingness to work variable shifts including nights and weekends.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license if driving a company vehicle.
• Availability to work 3rd shift and/or weekends may be required.
• Oral and written communication skills.
• Customer service orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks per checklists and supervisor directions.
• Walk garage daily to note and correct maintenance problems.
• Assist customers within the facility or as directed by the Facility Manager/Supervisor.
• Resolve customer complaints independently or with supervisor assistance.
• Maintain a neat and clean appearance and uniform during shifts.
