Job summary

SP+ in Sioux Falls is seeking a dependable facility maintenance teammate who also interacts with customers. The role emphasizes cleaning, basic repairs, safety checks, and assisting guests with directions or questions while maintaining a neat, safe garage environment.

You will perform routine cleaning, participate in snow removal when needed, monitor ticket gates, and report repairs. This entry-level position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, valid driving license, and reliable

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High School Diploma or a combination of experience and education.
• License: Valid state driver’s license with current address and clean record.
• Availability to Work: 3rd shift and/or weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks as per checklists and supervisor instructions.
• Walk garage daily to identify maintenance issues and correct them.
• Sweep, clean entrances, exits, rails, booths, offices and restrooms.
• Replace burned out bulbs and manage light maintenance.
• Submit repair requests to Facility Manager and monitor safety items.
• Assist customers within facility and resolve complaints with supervisor help.
• Maintain neat appearance and uniform, cover cashier/attendant duties as needed.
