Job summary

SP+ is seeking a facility maintenance team member to perform cleaning, minor repairs, and customer interface across our garage network. The role involves daily garage walks, light painting, light equipment operation, and ensuring safety and cleanliness in all areas.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and a valid driver’s license, with flexibility for shift variations including weekends. Competitive benefits and the chance to contribute to a large nationwide network are offered.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High School Diploma or a combination of experience and education.
• License: valid state-issued driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Availability: special shift requirements; may need 3rd shift/weekends.
• Oral Communication: speaks clearly and listens well.
• Written Communication: reads and interprets information.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks noted in checklists and directed by the facility manager to remove dirt, dust, litter and debris.
• Walk garage daily to note and correct maintenance problems.
• Sweep and clean entrances, exits, and surrounding surfaces; maintain rails and restrooms.
• Paint surfaces as directed to keep facilities neat and clean.
• Replace burned out bulbs; manage oil spill absorption as needed.
• Submit repair or maintenance requests.
• Check gate arms, ticket spitters, and gates daily for proper operation and accuracy.
• Provide ticket counts to the Manager; maintain inventory and sweep sheets.
• Operate and maintain outdoor equipment and janitorial tools.
• Assist customers and cover other duties as needed.
