Job summary

SP+ in Venice, CA is seeking a Facility Maintenance role responsible for cleaning, basic repairs, and customer interactions within the parking facility. The position requires reliability, physical endurance, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

The role includes shifting duties across maintenance tasks, ensuring a safe environment, and assisting customers as needed. Prior related experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• May require facility maintenance, electrical and/or painting experience.
• Availability to work special shifts, including 3rd shift and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks per checklists to keep the facility clean and safe.
• Walk garage daily to identify maintenance issues and report them.
• Maintain cleanliness around entrances, exits, and restrooms; empty trashcans.
• Paint surfaces as directed to keep them neat and maintained.
• Replace burned-out bulbs and respond to maintenance requests.
• Monitor safety items and gate operations; ensure ticket accuracy.
• Assist customers and resolve complaints with or without supervisor.
• Maintain uniform and professional appearance; perform other duties as assigned.
