Job summary

SP+ in Elmont, NY is hiring for a Seasonal Parking Attendant. You will perform maintenance, assist customers, and ensure the garage and offices stay clean and safe.

Responsibilities include daily garage walks, cleaning, reporting repairs, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires a High School Diploma, valid driver's license, and flexibility for third shift or weekend work. Seasonal, with hourly pay $18–$20.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or a combination of experience and education.
• Valid state-issued driver's license may be required.
• Availability to work special shifts, including third shift and/or weekends.
• Oral communication: speaks clearly; understands questions.
• Written communication: reads and writes clearly.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks and cleaning per checklists.
• Walk garage daily to note and correct maintenance problems.
• Maintain cleanliness of entrances, exits, and offices.
• Paint surfaces as directed to keep areas neat.
• Assist customers and resolve complaints as needed.
• Report safety hazards to the Facility Manager.
