Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis Company, is seeking a dedicated facilities attendant to maintain and clean our parking facilities across Lakewood and surrounding areas. You will perform maintenance tasks, operate cleaning equipment, and assist customers as needed.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, ability to work 3rd shift or weekends, and good English communication. We offer full-time hours and a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and cleaning per facility checklists.
• Walk garage daily to identify and fix maintenance issues.
• Sweep, tidy entrances, exits, rails, and restrooms.
• Empty all trashcans in garage, booth, and office.
• Paint surfaces as directed to keep areas neat and clean.
• Replace burned-out bulbs and manage minor repairs.
• Shovel or plow snow at entrances/exits as needed.
• Report safety hazards and policy violations to Facility Manager.
