Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of the location to ensure parking operations meet contractual guidelines.
• Support in improving client and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in development of property-level financial and operational goals.
• Supervise frontline staff and coordinate daily activities including banking, time cards, and reports.
• Provide courteous customer assistance and answer questions.
• Assist with maintenance of parking equipment and general tasks as directed by the Facility Manager.
• Keep informed about garage areas, major streets, landmarks near the location.
• Support other duties as needed by the Facility Manager.
